  • Persons with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, back, neck or other injuries, any dislocation or fractures, or even pregnant women are not suitable for Bungee Jumping.
  • Individuals above 13 years and upto 45 years can do Bungee Jumping and the minimum weight required is 40 Kilograms.
  • If you fail to reach the location on the date and time allotted to you for Bungee Jumping, that will be considered as a NO SHOW and there shall be no refund
  • The authorities reserve the right to reject a person from performing Scuba Diving activity who they find to be unfit.
  • During heavy rain or any other bad weather condition, Bungy Jumping may be postponed or cancelled.
  • In case Bungee Jumping is postponed, you can do the activity on the next possible date and time which shall be informed to you.

Confirmation Policy

  • You have to pay 50% of the total cost at the time of booking.
  • After paying 50% you will receive an invoice of your payment and also booking confirmation details containing your detailed of Bungee Jumping

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% of the total cost, if the Bungee is cancelled 30 days before the Bungee starts.
  • 50% of the total cost, if the Bungee is cancelled 15-30 days before the Bungee starts.
  • 100% of the total cost, if the Bungees cancelled 0-15 days before the Bungee starts.

Payment Policy

  • 100% of the Bungee cost has to be paid 1 (one) day before the Bungees starts.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7(seven) business days in the customer’s bank account.
