Day 1 : Arrival and Pickup

Pickup from Guwahati Airport/railway station.
Drive to Shillong and visit the Umiam View Point.
Later visit Don Bosco Museum, Butterfly Museum, Lady Hydari Park and Zoo, Ward’s Lake and Shillong Golf Course.

Day 2 : Shillong-David Scott Trail

Begin your trip with a healthy breakfast after which you will be taken to Mawphlang.
Trek to an amazing route of David Scott Trail.
Explore the beautiful greenery surroundings and reach Lad Mawphlang.
Later after the trek ends you will be driven to Cherrapunji for an overnight stay.

Day 3 : Cherrapunji Sightseeing

After breakfast, head toward Cherrapunji.
On its way witness the beautiful Shillong Peak and the stunning Elephant Falls.
Later visit Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sister Falls, Wakaba Falls.
Also visit the Eco Park, Mawsmai Caves.
Thereafter check in at your hotel.

Day 4 : Double Decker Trek

The next day after breakfasts lead to the Cherrapunji’s Double Decker Root Bridge.
Start your trek from Tyrna which is the starting point of the trek.
Trek down about 3000 stairs to reach the Double Decker Root Bridge.
Rest and observe the beauty of the root bridge.
Later trek back and head to your hotel.

Day 5 : Cherrapunji - Offbeat Tour

Wake up and have your delicious breakfast.
Witness the beautiful Wei Sawdong Falls and Dainthlen Falls.
Head to visit the amazing Garden of Caves, Arwah Caves and Thangkharang Park.
Later in the evening return back to your hotel for a restful sleep.

Day 6 : Cherrapunji-Mawlynnong-Dawki

Early morning after breakfast drive toward for Dawki and Mawlynnong Tour.
Visit the Mawlynnong village, Balancing rock and the amazing Single Living Root Bridge at Riwai.
Witness the crystal clear river of Dawki where the river bed can be seen from the surface.
And also get a chance to visit Bangladesh border.
Lastly, drive to Shnongpdeng for overnight camping beside the river.

Day 7 : Laitlum Canyons and Krang-Suri Visit

After having your breakfast you will be led towards the wonderful sight of Laitlum.
In Laitlum you will witness the Grand Canyons.

In the evening drive to Shillong to get a peaceful sleep.

Day 8 : Shillong and Mawphanlur Tour

The beautiful village is surrounded by lush grazing, a place of stunning hills, breathtaking waterfalls, pleasing streams.
You can do water activities and sightseeing there for a day.
Then you will be driven to Shillong.

The vehicle allotted for the tour will be available as per the itinerary and not for general disposal.
In the Northeast, generally, vehicles like Sedan do not have carriers. You are advised to carry one bag per person. Kindly give us prior information in case you have more luggage.
Delay in arrival due to many reasons including flight reschedules shall have to inform to us at an earliest and in case of any sightseeing spot missed due to any delay including spending more time in one sightseeing spot, will not be refundable.
Kajaawa will provide accommodation as per the hotels in the list and in case the listed hotels cannot be provided for any reason like unavailability, scheduled or general maintenance, accident at the hotel, risky road conditions due to bad weather or political disturbance, similar hotels will be provided and you will be informed about the changes in advance.
In Deluxe and Premium Tour Packages, we will generally arrange Deluxe and Premium Hotels but in interior places, we will arrange Homestays, Guest Houses or Standard Hotels as Deluxe and Premium accommodations may not be available in the interiors for any reason.
In case of any unforeseen situations which are beyond our control including bad weather conditions, political disturbance etc., we may change your itinerary or dates of travel.
Travellers may have to bear additional expenses in case of natural calamity including situations like changes in the hotel, changes in tour date etc.

Confirmation Policy

You have to pay 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking.
After paying 50% you will receive an invoice of your payment and also booking confirmation details containing your detailed travel itinerary and hotel information.

Cancellation Policy

25% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 30 days before the tour starts.
50% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 15-30 days before the tour starts.
100% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 0-15 days before the tour starts.

Payment Policy

100% of the tour cost has to be paid 1 (one) week before the tour starts.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days in the customer's bank account.
